I have taught in the Joplin School District for 30+ years.  I started teaching at Parkwood High School in 1977.   During this time I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of students both in and out of the classroom.  I taught grades 6-12; I coached cheerleading and sponsored the Jr. Sr. Prom Committee and the National Honor Society.  The joys and challenges of the classroom, the relationships with students and faculty, the Friday night games, the plays, the musical performances, etc….. I have enjoyed it all.
